CANCEL and RETURN POLICY

How to return items
If for any reason you wish to return a product, please contact our Customer Support Team as soon as possible, and our team will take care of your request :

Items eligible for return
  • Products that are damaged or faulty
  • Orders that arrive incomplete
  • All returns must be returned in their original packaging, and in the condition which they were received.

Please contact our Customer Support Team within 3 working days of delivery to request an item return. 

Credit may be returned to you in the following ways:
  • As an exchange (as appropriate) for another item from www.uclerstore.com
  • As a refund to your account in Fervente

Please note: If you have changed your mind after receiving your purchases, you must send the items back to us within 3 days of delivery, using any shipping company of your choice, at your expense. 
 
Items which cannot be returned
Products can not be returned more than 3 days of delivery.
